Law Enforcement Software Solutions presents its customers
with a variety of support offerings that are designed to
assist during all stages of product usage:
- Assistance with issues when you install our products.
- Assistance in resolving problems during day-to-day
operations.
Law Enforcement Software Solutions offers two support
programs (Enhanced and Standard) that are offered on an
annual basis. You can purchase a level of service that
suits you organizations’ needs and gives you the right
to receive upgrades (major, minor, and maintenance releases).
Per Incident support is available but does not include
any product updates or upgrades.
Complimentary support comes with the purchase of every
application license allowing for 30 days of installation
support and product updates for 12 months.
The privileges and services available to you as a Law
Enforcement Software Solutions customer are dependent upon
the products you have purchased from us, the type of license
you have, and the support offering under which you are
